The 25-mm version has a more substantial appearance, is 25.5 cm deep, and thanks to reinforced supports carries up to 12 kg per pair. Both thicknesses feature an all-round edge and can be adjusted on site by up to 2.5 cm on each side. The 25 mm thick plug-in shelf in particular also offers the option of integrating LED lighting, allowing it to be used as a stylish light source. This creates indirect lighting in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

The faceted plug-in shelf combines the floating look of the plug-in system with a characteristic, modern beveled front edge. With a thickness of 16 mm and a depth of 15 cm, it is perfect for open kitchen areas where a light, elegant look is desired. It pairs especially well with matte carcass decors and Nobilia’s ultra-matte EasyTouch colors. The difference between shelf brackets and console supports for wall shelves is mainly the type of fastening and the desired look.

Shelf brackets are compact supports mounted under the shelf, creating a modern, reduced look and enabling high load capacities. They are suitable for shelves in 16, 25, and 50 mm thicknesses.

Console supports are larger, visible supports with a technical look and are used especially for deep shelves (e.g. 30 cm) or higher loads. They provide additional stability and create a deliberate design accent.

For calm, timeless kitchens, solid tones such as 106 white, 120 matte magnolia, 070 silk gray, 193 alpine white, 194 slate gray, and 127 black are available – ideal if wall shelves should remain subtly in the background or be deliberately planned as a clear contrast to the fronts. Some high-gloss decors such as 022 gloss white (discontinued) and 060 gloss alpine white (discontinued) are still available in limited quantities as discontinued decors and are perfect for visually complementing existing kitchens.
