16 mm carcass walls, directly coated on both sides with melamine resin – no glued-on foil. Permanently solid, wipe-clean, designed for kitchen environments. 2.8 mm HDF back panel: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcass – a structural component, not an inserted panel. Mounted forward for air circulation. Hardwood dowels 8×30 mm with water-resistant glue connect all carcass parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. Also applies to panels with carcass connection.
