HDF back panel with 2.8 mm: protective lacquer on both sides, screwed to the carcase – a structural component, not an inserted panel. Installed recessed for air circulation. Hardwood dowels 8×30 mm with water-resistant glue connect all carcase parts – no clip system, no plastic connectors. Also applies to end panels with carcase connection. Galvanized metal connector screws join cabinets into a stable run – cabinet sides are not pre-drilled, each connection is made to fit precisely on site.
