Pantry cabinets from Nobilia make storage especially convenient: in the Cargo tall cabinet, food is ready at hand with a single pull. The central full pull-out with nBOX runs quietly, closes gently (soft-close), and displays all levels clearly. Height-adjustable metal boxes with anti-slip mats secure jars, cans, and bottles. Nobilia tall cabinets are available in four standard heights: 201.6, 208.8, 216, or 223.2 cm. The choice depends on the available room height and the desired look.

Important note: The carcass height together with the plinth height determines the total height. Cover panels can optionally be planned, which must also be included in the total height calculation.

Nobilia kitchen tall cabinets have a carcass depth of 56.1 cm. The carcass depth describes the cabinet depth without the front. Our Nobilia fronts generally have a thickness of 19 mm. This results in a side depth of 58 cm (exception: Pura, Inline, Cascada, Nordic, each with a front thickness of 22 mm).

Cover panels: 10 mm, 16 mm, 25 mm, or 50 mm thick

Line layout: Standard vs. XL

Two cabinets can have the identical total height but different handle lines - that is the difference between the XL and standard series. Make sure to match the tall cabinets to the line layout of your base cabinets. For base cabinets with the XL carcass height of 79.2, you should choose the tall cabinets from the XL series.

You can recognize all cabinets from the XL series by the "-X" in the item number. For example, HDV60-1X matches our Nobilia pull-out cabinet UA60-X.

Door hinge side

When configuring tall cabinets with doors, we ask for your preferred door hinge side. The hinge side is always defined from your point of view standing in front of the cabinet. So the door swings outward to the left from your perspective if you choose the left hinge side and are standing in front of the cabinet.

Why do I need to specify my electrical appliance?

At Wunschkueche.com, we may be an online shop, but we do not leave you on your own when ordering your kitchen cabinets. For this reason, when configuring your appliance housing cabinets for ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and other appliances, we ask for the model designation of your electrical appliance. During production, we adjust your kitchen cabinet to the respective appliance free of charge if required.

If, contrary to expectations, your kitchen appliance does not meet our quality control requirements, you will receive a recommendation from us for a suitable appliance or your money back. The affected cabinet will then be canceled from the order.

What is the difference between highboards and tall cabinets?

Carcass heights of classic tall cabinets start at 201.6 cm. Our highboard has a height of 151.2 cm & 158.4 cm in the XL version. Besides the fact that our kitchen tall cabinets simply offer maximum storage space, they are also often used to plan up to just below the ceiling.

Kitchen highboards, on the other hand, are often part of kitchens integrated into the living area. We always recommend choosing a cover panel on highboards as a design finish.

Despite their compact size, highboards also offer the possibility of integrating electrical appliances such as ovens and fridge-freezer combinations.

Planning tip: A combination of highboards and tall cabinets in the kitchen offers a wide range of design possibilities and individuality.
